The Privacy Policy sets out the main rules for the collection, accumulation, and processing of Personal Data and other important information for the User and/or Visitor when using the Website, the Loyalty Program, participating in Events, shopping in the Store, and ordering Services provided on the Website.

3. janitaplunge.com processes your personal data in accordance with applicable legal acts, including but not limited to the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter – "Regulation") and other valid data protection legal acts.

Both Users and Visitors are considered to have familiarized themselves with this Privacy Policy when a link to it is provided to them by email or phone (e.g., SMS message), when registering on the Website, for Events or the Loyalty Program, shopping in the Store, or ordering relevant Services, including product cart subscription. The Privacy Policy can be accessed at any time on the Website, and it can also be downloaded or printed.
5. Users and Visitors will be informed about all future changes and/or additions to this Privacy Policy on the Website, by email, or phone – for the first time after such changes when they order Services or log in to the Website.

This Privacy Policy applies in all cases where janitaplunge.com obtains Personal Data because the User and/or Visitor orders and/or purchases Services through the Website, participates in Events, purchases Services in the Store, uses the Loyalty Program or product cart subscription. Users and/or Visitors should note that if they order (purchase) Services provided by janitaplunge.com Partners, additional Partner Privacy Policies may apply to the protection of their Personal Data, for which janitaplunge.com is not responsible. Also, janitaplunge.com would like to point out that the Website contains links to the websites of other persons, companies, or organizations, and that janitaplunge.com is not responsible for the content of such websites and/or the privacy policy assurance methods they use, therefore, before providing any information about themselves, the User and/or Visitor should familiarize themselves with the rules, privacy policy, and other documents of the respective website.
7. Persons wishing to register on the Website must provide their email, first name, last name, city, phone number, and password. A User profile is created during registration. The User can edit, supplement, or deactivate their profile at any time.

VI. PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA
1. janitaplunge.com informs that it does not transfer, neither for a fee nor free of charge, nor otherwise disclose Personal Data to third parties, located either in the Republic of Lithuania, European Union countries, or other foreign countries, except for the cases listed below:
1.1. if there is the User's and/or Participant's consent;
1.2. when providing Services offered on the Website – to Partners or authorized third parties who process Personal Data on behalf of janitaplunge.com for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, for example, payment processing, ordering delivery services, etc.;
1.3. to law enforcement authorities in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania;
1.4. if necessary to prevent or investigate criminal offenses.
2. janitaplunge.com personal data processors are: UAB "NFQ Technologies", UAB "Baltnetos komunikacijos", UAB "Electronic lab", UAB "Lutex".
2.1 Payments in the online store are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, managed by Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, reg. no.:12268475), therefore your personal information necessary for payment execution and confirmation will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS
VII. AMENDMENT, SUPPLEMENTATION AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
1. The User and/or Participant is informed that janitaplunge.com processes the User's and/or Participant's Personal Data to the extent and for the purposes specified in the Privacy Policy and other Website documents. Giving or withdrawing consent to collect, manage, and process the User's and/or Participant's Personal Data is effective only prospectively.
2. The User and/or Participant has the right to access their Personal Data. To find out what personal data janitaplunge.com has collected and from what sources, for what purposes it is processed, and to which recipients it is and has been provided, the User/Participant must contact janitaplunge.com in advance at the email address specified in this Privacy Policy. janitaplunge.com implements the User's and/or Participant's right to access processed personal data within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the User's and/or Participant's request.
3. If, after reviewing their Personal Data, the User and/or Participant finds that the Personal Data is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate, they have the right to contact janitaplunge.com by email requesting the correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate Personal Data and/or the suspension of the processing actions of such Personal Data. Personal data is corrected and deleted, or their processing actions are suspended based on documents confirming the identity of the data subject and their Personal Data. janitaplunge.com implements the User's and/or Participant's right to suspend personal data processing (or destroy personal data) within 5 business days from the receipt of the User's and/or Participant's request.
4. The User and/or Participant is informed that janitaplunge.com has the right to retain their data until an investigation by responsible authorities is completed, if their data has been used in illegal activities or identity theft or another violation for which an investigation by relevant law enforcement authorities has been or will be conducted, if janitaplunge.com has received complaints related to the relevant User and/or Participant, or if janitaplunge.com has observed violations of the Privacy Policy and/or Website rules by the relevant User and/or Participant, or for other legitimate purposes of retaining Personal Data.

VIII. TECHNICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL MEASURES FOR PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
1. janitaplunge.com ensures that the Personal Data provided by the User and/or Participant on the Website is protected from any unlawful actions: unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of Personal Data, identity theft, fraud, and that the level of Personal Data protection complies with the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. The User undertakes and must protect their website login password and username, and other data. Both the User and the Participant undertake and must not disclose Personal Data about themselves or about third parties to any other third parties, if such third-party Personal Data has become accessible to them, and immediately inform janitaplunge.com about any observed violations.
IX. FINAL PROVISIONS
This Privacy Policy is effective from July 23, 2025. Changes to the policy will be communicated to Users and/or Participants by publishing a new version of the Policy on the Website.
