  2. User – any person (both natural and legal) who has registered on the Website or joined the Loyalty program;

  3. Visitor – any person (both natural and legal) who has not registered on the Website but uses it, as well as persons visiting the Store, participating in Events, or the Loyalty program;

  4. Partners – legal entities with whom janitaplunge.com cooperates in providing Services on the Website;

  5. Cookie – a small file sent to a device when any person visits the Website;

  6. Browser – a program used to display web pages (websites) on the internet or on a personal computer;

  7. Persons wishing to register on the Website must provide their email address, name, surname, city, phone number, and password. A User profile is created during registration. The User may modify, update, or deactivate their profile at any time.
